Shoot was an English folk-rock band that released the 1973 EMI album On the Frontier. Ex-Yardbirds and Renaissance drummer Jim McCarty fronted the project on keyboards, backed with guitarist–singer Dave Green (Raw Material) and drummer Craig Collinge (Manfred Mann Chapter Three, Third World War). McCarty later reformed the original Renaissance lineup under the name Illusion.
