Cost saving of 3.2 Mn (against expense of 13500 INR) via innovative initiative on field to reduce theft.
I have identified 10 Mobile Tower sites where there was a repetitive occurrence of theft, i..e more than 4 times , within a span of 2 yrs. I have designed a signage saying " this area is under CCTV survelliance" , to create a mental impact.and printed these signage in three language i.e. English , Hindi & Gujarati. These Signages were fixed on all 10 sites. This project was under observation for more than 1.5 years and found zero theft on 9 sites (where signages were installed.) . The…

The investment behind the project was 13500 INR only , however we could able to save cost by 3.2 Mn INR . The same is already validated by finance.

Reduction of High ageing inventory by 9.8 Mn in 45 days.

Post making identification of high ageing inventory i.e. more than 120 days and above , we have started to initiate a circulation of all such materials to other circles of Indus, with a frequency of two days once. This efforts has resulted in 65% of over all high ageing inventory through Internal unit transfer. For balance material consumption , we have intimated respective stakeholders to utilise the material as an alternate by checking the feasibility. This way could help us reducing another…
