I’ve never won my 50/50 before on my main, started this second acc about a month or two back and saved some pulls so tried for firefly, won this first 50/50 on my second account and got jumpscared with a second firefly in the same 10 pull!!!!???? Absolutely shocked and cannot believe this, I’m so happy she’s my first ever e1 five star limited!! :D
Is it really worth her? I maen i dont realy want, well. that in my builds but at the same time i feel like the skill point is worth it for me if i am gonna build rappa a team and get her on her rerun
I just cant seem to decide between this and saving, the effect is kinda of scuffed and the skillpoint thingy doesnt reall seem important if its just reset by ult.. so yeah
I'd give it a 2,5/5.
Felt logic and carefully presented, but at the same time kinda forced onto the main story, almost like they were retconning the actual Penacony quest and/or solely to cover up some plotholes.
A warning for those who haven't done it, if you use the English Dub, TB and Welt will have some missing voicelines, but it's a minor case. Welt is missing around 1 or 2 voicelines, which isn't a lot, and the quest is repeating some cutscenes from Penacony quest, to which seems TB VAs didn't manage to record, so some of those are mute.
Starting from this point, there's a Spoiler alert.
This is a case like Fantastic Four: First Steps, it was a decent story, and I can see why some people would rate it higher than Superman, but it straight up doesn't click with me.
For starters, the main premise of the story is straight up risky to carry out without feeling underwhelming or forced, since the main plot is technically over.
We meet The Dahlia on the Astral Express, to which she seems to bring an important detail, our memories of Penacony are incomplete, to which we play along with her being the clear suspect number 1 of doing said changes.
After that we get a recapitulation from the perpective of Firefly and other Penacony characters during the 2.0-2.3 quests, which, for the most part, kind of fills some plotholes like what SAMs been doing after separating from us before the big fight, the deal with the Sparkle bombs in Penacony, and kind of compensates the fraud of the Ever Flame Mansion never appearing and being oofed off screen.
However, some parts feel forced or added unnecessary, like, The Dahlia's presence on Penacony, the fact that Black Swan interacted with her makes me question why did she never tell us, kinda shows how this was mainly something that was never planned in the first place when writing 2.x.
Another thing is how Robin discovered the Aeon of Order's involvement, but it wouldn't make sense for her to know about it THAT early, hence they made it so The Dahlia was actually aiding Gopher Wood and erased Robin's discovery, which makes completely redundant why make it so Robin turned out to have find out in the first place.
Like, the whole partnership between The Dahlia and Gopher Wood doesn't feel that much significant, at least now that his plans failed, and it's all something left on the past, which wouldn't have felt that way if it turned out that Constance was actually acting on Wood's orders, but that's not the case.
The fact that this story's ending is completely different kind of makes me confused about which parts on the 2.3 quest were real or not, Does this mean Sparkle never orchestrated the whole spectacle on the Radiant Feldspar and we never had that romantic scene with Firefly?
This also generates a new plothole, and that's while we do got context on Firefly's Second death that happened off screen on 2.2, and got an actual 3rd death way less romantic than the one on 2.3, FF mentioned that Meme Death's impalling didn't count as an actual death, So which was her 3rd (or 1st in all cases) death? Since all 3 of those were supposed to happen on Penacony.
The ending was the worst part, as I mentioned, this kind of felt like retconing the actual and happy ending of Penacony. Replacing the romantic moment of FF and MC during the fireworks with FF suffering her 3rd death in a (while not as damaging irl) gruesome and cruel way, 2.3's was a moment I loved, but no, Hoyo keeps treating their characters as Spiderman, and we got another "One More Day" where the MCs happiness was straight up erased from existance and replaced with something worse.
This story had some good lore bombs that I'll list under this, but I personally don't feel like it compensates the retconing implications and forced plot it broughts.
Revelation that the Stellarons are created by the Harmony, kind of logic since the Lord Ravager Celenova, who was stated to be the one who knows the truth behind Stellarons, was a former Xipemanator.
Gopher Wood's 3d model and story.
AR-214 tragic ending and revelation that Glamoth Iron Cavalry and their cloning was actually created by/based on the Propagation, which makes the FF story something tragic since the Iron Cavalry basically lived only to kill an Aeon whose death would only oof their own forces as well, even if they survived.
The idea that Sunday was cathering to a whole unknown aeon's power when becoming the orchestra director called the "the Conquest" or something, which opens the idea of knowing more of this path again.
Finally official confirmation that Elio, while related to the cat, it's NOT the actual cat.
And the conclusion....... ugh........ it feels like they couldn't have made worst decisions.
At the end turned out that the Stellaron Hunters were on cahoots with The Dahlia and she erased our memories of the actual ending since the actual results would made us cather more to the Destruction during Amphoreus and could've made the universe go Bad Ending, and she simply came to gave us the memories back since "it wasn't her style" to leave us without those memories or something.
That's another plothole for me, like, Nanook came onto the discussion during the quest, but only on discussions, and that only happened during a moment where FF and Gopher Wood were present, hence it wouldn't have affected MC.
I have a theory, I think the devs keep track on all the things the players choose during the quest, and during the Amphoreus quest we had a moment where we had to pick between Mom (Kafka) and Waifu (FF), and there's a chance they were planning on making 3.8 a story focused on the character most players picked, hence there was a chance this story was focused on Kafka, but then again, this theory isn't consistent since there's no story where we could have gotten Kafka's POV (at this level) and the background in Penacony's quest with The Dahlia didn't felt forced, at least on the sense the story did have plot holes and The Dahlia's memokeeper powers justify her being part on it.
But other than that, Why would this had made TB fall to Nanook? Was it because the sad ending would have made him lean more towards Nanook negative gaze of the universe being cruel and unjust place that needs to be disconected? It doesn't feel meaningful enough as to ruin one of the happiest moments in the game.
And there's also The Dahlia. She's super softened, like any playable character can't be a bad person they just made it so she wasn't as bad. She never cared to kill others, she never actually cared as much for Gopher Wood's plan, and she was even trying to join the Stellaron Hunter, more likely in a way for her to resist fate.
Arlecchino in Genshin was also softened, but her character felt consistent, since she went to such lengths to be cold and imparcial to her children, to the point she "killed" some of them by erasing their memories, which while she didn't oof them, losing all their memories is not something gentle, and the ones that we were showed wanted it, clearly hated their current lives, so they were basically accepting it since they felt Arlecchino gave them worst lives than one where they have no memories from their 22+ years of live, so she was consistently hard, despite the softening.
Here, The Dahlia feels like she straight up never had bad intentions in the first place, she even returned MCs memories on some kind of moral code, which is so anticlimatic. It would've been better if she had just erased those in the first place just to avoid Amphoreus bad ending and she herself survive, and then returned them just for him to suffer.
She was also mentioned to be a potential Lord Ravager that would become the killer of Fuli, which makes me think they could've brought her to MC in an attempt to erase MC´s memories -> erasing Cyrene, the potential Fuli, since she was stated to be a memmosprite that rellies on MC remembering her to survive -> either killing Fuli or bringing back Irontomb who'll oof the universe.
But nope, regular, good intentioned evil looking character.
The fact that she doesn't seem loyal to the Ever-Flame Mansion (more than she's loyal to anyone) feels like this closes up the possibilities to see the rest of the cast. Goodbye Akash and Catherina.
In the end, it was an interesting but unneccessary quest, that while did brought solutions to plot holes, feels like it fell short on everything else.
500k is only 5% of moc boss
Good luck to everyone attempting this one. I hear it doesn't pull its punches.

Spoiler for new quest :P
I honestly had extremely low expectations going into this, but I’m so happy they proved me wrong, easily one of the best quests. The amount of plot holes they explained that I previously couldn’t stop thinking about and the insane lore drops made this one an easy 10/10
Heres some things that really interested me!
Stellarons are actually a creation of the harmony
I wouldn’t really say it was THAT shocking to begin with, I personally never believed that the stellarons were nanooks creations as there were mentions of them before their ascension and in hindsight I’m surprised it wasn’t a popular theory because if u think for even 2 seconds it makes total sense. Stellarons grant wishes but to extreme extents and what other path would grant all and any wish?
Turns out Sunday almost became an aeon of a new path that would be similar to/consume the trailblaze?? It could just be my amnesia kicking in, but as far as I remember he was never anything more than someone controlling a harmonic string? Even in the original quest Acheron says “we’ll need an equal level of strength to deal with him”
I also never believed elio was the cat. It was never said or directly hinted at that it was elio and ppl just kinda ran with it based on the vibes, but now there’s actual confirmation🤷♀️
Oh and ig the fact that terminus is a thousand armed aeon that shattered into thousands of cats that are going back in time to combine into terminus lol
There’s also some other things like sparkle being a collaborator with elio which is why she’s always talking about her scripts, glamoths knights are actually followers of the propagation, if we ever get tainted with even the slightest bit of nihility the nihilstic finality will happen, and if dahlia didn’t erase our memories we would die in amphoreus because of the destruction!
I can’t even begin to express how much I love hsr lore😭 a bit sad that 4.0 will be delayed, but if that’s what the devs need to make more peak I’ll gladly wait!
My first time ever getting a double 5 star pull. The first Constance was guaranteed because of a Bronya 50/50 loss but the second was... a pleasant surprise, that's for sure.
I have 200 something pulls leftover. Lingsha, you're next 🫵
Lyris Veylan — The Scholarly Surveyor
Rarity: ★★★★★ Path: Erudition Element: Quantum Role: Multi-hit Sub DPS Primary Mode Strength: Pure Fiction
Character Overview:
Lyris Veylan is a Quantum Erudition character who specializes in distributed damage, delayed burst mechanics, and turn-economy manipulation. Rather than functioning as a traditional hypercarry, Lyris thrives in teams where every ally contributes attacks, enabling her signature debuff “Timeline Strain” to trigger repeatedly outside her turn. Lyris excels in Pure Fiction, where enemy density and frequent actions allow her Timeline Strain to cascade across the field, but she remains viable in boss content through damage centralization, debuffs, and Ultimate-centric scaling.
Her kit is designed around:
Multi-hit pressure
Off-turn damage
Energy looping
Delayed burst detonations
Zone-based control
Lore:
A solitary cosmic cartographer, Lyris travels the uncharted edges of reality, mapping anomalies that exist between worlds. Once part of a nomadic worldship of scholars, she survived a catastrophic Quantum collapse that erased her people leaving her as the only survivor.
Emerging from overlapping probabilities, Lyris gained the ability to observe and predict future actions, anchoring unstable timelines and weaponizing their collapse. She rejects factions and ideologies, believing knowledge should remain unclaimed, and that the universe is best understood by watching how it breaks.
Combat Kit
Basic ATK — Event Horizon Pierce
Deals Quantum Damage equal to:
150% of Lyris’ ATK to the main target
125% of Lyris’ ATK to adjacent enemies
This Basic ATK is the backbone of her kit, intentionally modest in raw scaling but heavily amplified through Timeline Strain
Skill — Anamnesis Field
Lyris deploys a chronal grid, creating a zone lasting 3 turns (duration decreases at the start of Lyris’ turn).
Enemies inside the zone have a 120% base chance to be afflicted with Probability Fracture for the zone’s duration, every time their turn starts.
Enemies in the zone deal 10% reduced ATK (via Ascension Trace).
Probability Fracture:
When Lyris attacks an enemy afflicted with Probability Fracture, she has a 100% base chance to apply Timeline Strain to that enemy.
This zone enables consistent rebuilding of Timeline Strain stacks after they are consumed, ensuring near-constant pressure in multi-wave encounters.
Ultimate — Chronicle of the Unmapped
Energy Cost: 140 Maximum Energy: 280
Lyris collapses multiple timelines into a single outcome, dealing Quantum AoE Damage to all enemies, detonating all “Timeline Strain” stacks on enemies, and afterwards applying max stacks on all enemies hit.
The high Max Energy allows Lyris to bank multiple Ultimates, preventing overcap from her many energy sources and enabling flexible burst timing.
Talent — Observer in Many Worlds
When Lyris uses her Basic ATK, if the primary target is the next enemy scheduled to act, she successfully predicts their move:
Gains 8 Energy
Gains Astral Insight for 2 turns:
Effect Hit Rate +15% → 30%
Ultimate Damage +12% → 24%
The enemy is Taunted for 1 turn
Lyris takes 50% → 80% reduced damage from that enemy
Signature Mechanic — Timeline Strain
Timeline Strain is a delayed burst debuff that defines Lyris’ gameplay.
Max stacks: 3 (E0)
Triggers when:
An ally (not Lyris) attacks the enemy
The enemy’s turn begins
Each trigger consumes 1 stack Effect on trigger:
The afflicted enemy and adjacent enemies take Quantum Damage equal to Lyris’ Basic ATK damage, calculated using her Basic ATK multiplier and treated as Lyris’ damage.
This allows Lyris to deal massive cumulative damage outside her turn, especially when paired with fast or multi-hit allies.
Ascension Traces
A2 — Converging Outcomes
If Timeline Strain’s burst hits 2 or fewer targets:
Regenerates 4 Energy
Increases Timeline Strain burst multiplier by 25% for 1 turn
Enables strong single-target and boss performance.
A4 — Uncertainty Field
After using Skill:
Gain +20% Effect Hit Rate for 3 turns
Enemies in the zone deal 10% reduced ATK
Improves debuff consistency and team survivability.
A6 — Chronal Overdrive
All Basic ATK Damage is treated as Ultimate Damage
The Ultimate Damage Multiplier increases by 100%
Timeline Strain Damage Multiplier increases by 100%
Eidolons
E1: Off-turn Ultimate Damage delays enemy action (5%, up to 3 times per enemy)
E2: Triggering Timeline Strain advances Lyris’ turn by 5%, Lyris can now trigger Timeline Strain, and grants Ultimate DMG%
E4: Timeline Strain can stack up to 5/7/9 times on Normal/Elite/Boss enemies and triggers twice (consumes 2 stacks).
E6: Enemies in the Skill zone have 20% reduced All-Type RES, Ultimate DMG Multiplier +100%
Best Teams
Pure Fiction — Best-in-Slot
Lyris / Robin / Tribbie / Jade
Constant multi-hits and follow-ups
Massive energy loops
ATK, Crit DMG, Elemental DMG, Action Advance
Near-zero downtime on Timeline Strain
No sustain needed due to mitigation, debuffs, and enemy suppression This is her definitive environment.
General Endgame / Boss Content
Lyris / Cipher / Tribbie / Silver Wolf
Damage centralization for bosses
ATK reduction for survivability
Debuff stacking + RES shred
Maintains strong off-turn damage even in low-enemy scenarios
(However, Jiaoqiu is competitive for SW’s slot as he directly increases Ultimate dmg taken)
Signature Light Cone — “Atlas of the Unmade Paths”
Path: The Erudition Rarity: ★★★★★
Effect Details:
“When Coordinates Diverge”
Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 40/45/50/55/60%.
When the wearer inflicts a Debuff on an enemy, all allies gain 10/12/14/16/18% increased DMG for 3 turns (stacks to 3).
When the wearer Delays an enemy or Slows them, that enemy takes 20/25/30/35/40% more DMG from the wearer.
When the wearer attacks an enemy afflicted with 2 or more debuffs, they regenerate 8/10/12/14/16 Energy (can trigger up to 2 times per turn).

I got her after my first 10 pull. Number 9 on the pull. Even better, I thought I would fail the 50/50. This is the first character I've pulled that I did fail first. Now I can focus on her lightcone

Black Swan is just a nihility magnet it seems.
I just need better helmet and boots. (Dont look at the LC I got it accidentally while pulling DDD and I dont have Evernight)
I used the guaranteed for Cifera. 84 pity.
Now, How should I build the Haha's Demigod? Which LC, Relic set and stats? And which teammates?
I have:
S1 Archer.
Sparkle.
Acheron.
Other Nihility units; Silver Wolf, Welt Yang.
Some Sustains: Gallaga, Aventurine, Dan Heng PT.
I've been playing for a year now and can still not understand how the hell Apocalyptic Shadow works. I KNOW you have to defeat both of the enemies and that there's a score/time limit for it. BUT what I don't know is how that time/score limit works.
Also, early merry christmas
After 6/7 (haha…) 50/50s lost, 1000 pulls, and $1.2k later she’s finally e6💕
Wasn’t even intentional but I love how my only e6 characters are raiden and Ely variants, kiana variant when👀
Absolutely 0 regrets although I am a bit upset bc before 3.7 came out I was expecting to get e2 phainon, but that’s okay, can’t have it all ig hopefully next rerun🤷♀️
