The Henrietta Vinton Davis Blog went viral in February 2014 because Black Women were lynched in America

In February 2014 the Henrietta Vinton Davis Blog post on African American women who were lynched in America went viral for the second time. The post was shared over one-hundred thousand times on Facebook alone. Since then those links have been deleted due to claims the image of Laura Nelson hanging from Canada Bridge in Okemah, Oklahoma were encouraging “self harm.”
