Lets make Multicolor new default theme

NEW Default:

Customizable (if your favorite colors are black and blue):

Monochromatic (if you want a minimalistic design or have problem with colors):

Why

• New Clean theme
• This allows user customization they can live to customize colors form preferences
• Solve contrast problems with Dark themes
• This theme is designed to signal functions by colors:
  • Green (create or edit)
  • Pink (Predefined shapes / sometimes delete)
  • Blue (Colors and LPEs)
• If you want mono theme it works fine with just one color (you can set up all 4 colors to the same color)

What Else

• Let's also make all icons same size by default (SMALLER)
• Let's make a new tool re-organization inbox#883 (moved)
