Fix Measure toolbar dropdowns

  • Added a third dropdown menu button in the Measure toolbar.

  • Renamed the dropdowns.

  • Moved the offset spinbutton next to the scale spinbutton.

  • Rearranged the buttons a little. Now, the buttons would be collapsed as follows:

    • Measure(MenuBtn1): only selected, all layers, start and end

    • Display(MenuBtn2): measure between items, hidden intersections, reverse, phamtom

    • Draw(MenuBtn3): to guides, to item, mark dimension
