Respect "Relative to" when aligning with hotkeys

Ensure that aligning objects with the keyboard shotcuts (Alt+Ctrl+Numpad {2|4|5|6|8}) respects the "Relative to" setting chosen in the drop-down menu in the Align and Distribute dialog.
