Adobe Swatch Exchange files use wrong colors
Summary:
Been looking for some nice examples to demo the new 1.4 palette import feature in tomorrow's talk.
When trying it out, I found that the corresponding .gpl and .ase files from
http://www.freiefarbe.de/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/OCSC-_20.zip
look wildly different.
.ase files seem to have lots of reds/pinks that are all identical and most likely incorrect.
Steps to reproduce:
- put a .gpl and a .ase file of the same name into you user preferences directory's subdirectory 'palettes'
- rename the .gpl file (file name and palette name inside) to not cause any confusion
- open Inkscape
- compare the two new palettes
What happened?
The .ase palette looks horribly incorrect:
The .gpl palette for comparison:
What should have happened?
The .ase palette should be at least similar to the .gpl one.
