Dragging and dropping only works once in the UI
Summary:
Dragging and dropping in the UI only works for the first time when running Inkscape under KDE Plasma/Wayland. I have not tried to replicate this in an X11 session. I am using Inkscape from the official Arch repos, and am running EndeavourOS.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- create more than one object/layer
- attempt to reorder the layers by dragging and dropping them in the objects pane
What happened?
The layers get reordered the first time, but on subsequent attempts the cursor rapidly flickers between multiple states while moving the mouse and releasing the mouse button does not reorder anything. Other than the flickering cursor this is identical behaviour to #4237 (closed). The cursor flickering is not visible in the screen recording (created with Spectacle) for some reason.
What should have happened?
The layers should have been reordered
