Outline overlay opacity resets to default value after restart (1.2)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape 1.2
• ...

What happened?

I change the value outline overlay opacity to 85 on preference, its work. When I re open inkscape Outline overlay opacity back to the default, but on the preference value outline overlay opacity still 85, when i increase or decrease value, its work.

What should have happened?

when re open inkscape outline overlay opacity work like the value on the last setting.
