PDF export adds markers (from outside defs) to output

Summary:

When exporting to pdf additional objects appear in output.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Inkscape

File -> Save a Copy

Enter filename and select pdf extension

Leave standard settings in pdf dialog

What happened?

The pdf gets exported but a new object, a little arrowhead, appears in output, which is not visible in Inkscape or png output. I view the pdf using okular.

What should have happened?

Only output what is visible in Inkscape and png. Another option would be to make the object selectable in Inkscape so i can remove it.
