Arcs from old files treated as chords (1.0.1)

Summary:

Importation d'un image crée dans une version anterieur à 1.0.1 différente

Steps to reproduce:

Création d'un image avec une version antérieur a 1.0 avec arc de cercle avec contour sur la partie arc. Dans la version 1.0.1, l'arc apparait avec un contour sur l'ensemble du périmètre

• Arcs appear as chords instead of arcs

What should have happened?

• Arcs are treated as arcs.
