Open File - Preview Enabled doesn't show preview of Jpeg and PNG file types

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape

• Have an Bitmap, Jpeg, PNG Image saved
• Open Inkscape
• Go to the the folder with the image
• Have Preview Enabled
• Use the mouse to browse down the line of files or select the file
• To the right the show preview will say, "Too large to preview"

• ...

What happened?

No preview will show of Jpeg, PNG or Bitmap. Only vectors files show up in the preview

...

What should have happened?

All PNG, Bitmap, Jpegs should show in the preview window just as they used to in .48, .91, and .92
