MSI installer did not associat .svg files with Inkscape

Steps to reproduce:

• Uninstalled version 0.92.4
• Installed version 1.0 (.msi)

What happened?

• svg extension was not automatically associated with Inkscape

What should have happened?

• Either associate it automatically during installation, or ask during installation if it should be associated to Inkscape

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0 (4035a4fb, 2020-05-01)
• Operating System: Win-7 x64
