Document Properties Dialog truncated/unresizable on second open (Ubuntu)
Steps to reproduce:
- Occurs with hidpi monitor with scaling
- open fresh downloaded Inkscape appimage with "run"
- created a basic drawing and tried to edit the "document properties" by clicking on the proper menu entry.
- Close the dialog with CTRL + W or the (X) icon.
- Reopened the dialog.
- Try to resize the truncated dialog

What happened?
- "Document properties" is a quarter of the size it had been before, approx. 404 × 454 pixels, so it is totally useless and I can not change it size. This windows is now impossible to use, making Inkscape TOTALLY USELESS ON LINUX. This is a critical issue for me. Please consider it.
What should have happened?
- The Document Properties dialog should have the same size as when I opened it the first time.
- Docking then undocking it fixes this problem
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 1.0rc1 (09960d6f, 2020-04-09)
- Operating System: LINUX UBUNTU
- Operating System version: 19.10 /!\ with 4k, HIDPI OLED screen /!\
