Backport some macOS specific fixes

Re-add the accidentally removed "-O2" compiler flag, regaining some
performance.

Update moduleset to inkscape-1.0.x-10 introducing the following
changes:
- fix Cairo PDF export
- fix Cairo potential crash on Big Sur
- fix Adwaita icon theme breaking due to ancient librsvg version
