Issues after opening DXF and CDR formats

Hello. First of all, thanks for the efforts of developing a very well organized and responsive drawing program.

I notice two unwanted behaviours, possibly bugs, when opening DXF (interchange format) and CDR (Corel Draw) file formats:

• DXF files sometimes open blank. I notice that this happens more frequently if I choose "Read from file" as a scaling option, rather than "Manual scale" (1x) - which nevertheless forces the unit to be mm. The attached file, for example, opens correctly only with "Manual scale" (but the sheet dimension is wrong).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open my attached DXF file.
2. In the popup opening options dialog, select "Read from file".
3. A blank page opens. If, instead, you choose "Manual scaling", a 3-coloured drawing should appear. Even in this case, the page size is not correctly loaded and replaced with A4, Vertical.

• A CDR file (attached to the post, aside its DXF) may be opened with wrong dimensions (3/4 of the original). In my example file, the base squares are 20 mm of side as designed in Corel and as measured in Inkscape ("Measure" tool) in the DXF; instead, the side is 15 mm once measured in Inkscape in the CDR.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Simply open my attached file and check the distance between two green circles centres with the Measure tool. It should be 20 mm as in the DXF.
