Build Dawn static lib from source, allowing users to customise the build such as to disable logging (see zig-gamedev/zgpu#1)
We're compiling a newer version here than our existing prebuilt lib.
This hopefully resolves issues on Apple siliconWith extra validation error reporting now in Dawn; this has highlighted some issues with our sample applications, which fixing could help resolve the crashes seen on Apple silicon (#411)Pre-merge Checklist
