I'm a Software Engineer passionate about creating impactful digital experiences from intuitive frontends to robust AI + backend systems, who loves turning real-world problems into clean, structured systems from secure APIs to AI-powered tools. Currently pursuing my MS in Computer Science at CSU Fullerton, I build with a first-principles mindset: break the problem down, build step-by-step, validate early, and iterate with strong engineering habits.
Right now, I’m building:
Currently building MedSafe, an AI-powered personal health assistant that learns from a user’s prescriptions over time, maintains a personal health history, and delivers context-aware suggestions. It also supports safety checks for drug–drug, food–drug, and drug–condition interactions.
💡 I love working on:
- Scalable full-stack applications
- Data-driven and AI-powered tools
- Clean, modern UI/UX systems
💡 What I care about (beyond code)
- I’m passionate about healthcare + patient safety — I enjoy building systems that make medical information safer, clearer, and more explainable.
- I’m also deeply interested in finance — I like understanding how real financial systems work and building tools that make finance practical and accessible.
- I naturally connect technical concepts to daily-life examples, which helps me learn fast and explain things clearly.
- I genuinely enjoy my work as a Teaching Associate (TA) — helping students and simplifying tough concepts is something I find rewarding.
🤝 How I work
- I ask for help early when needed and collaborate actively with classmates/teammates.
- I value clear communication, ownership, and reliability.
🧠- MedSafe Knowledge Base — a symbolic AI reasoning engine for medication safety.
- Focus: transparency, clinical traceability, and rule-based decision support
- Tech: Prolog (SWI-Prolog), KRR, inference rules.
📊- Reddit Analytics Explorer — a data-driven insight engine for analyzing Reddit discussions and trends.
- Focus: topic discovery, sentiment/trend insights, and interpretable analysis for decision-making
- Tech: OpenAI small embeddings model, OpenAI GPT 4.1, Python, Pandas, NLP, clustering + visualization Streamlit, Plotly
🔐- SecureBox — a hands-on cybersecurity demo lab simulating real-world web attacks and defenses.
- Focus: SQL Injection, CSRF, input validation, and brute-force attacks with real-time admin logging
- Tech: Web security fundamentals, auth flows, rate-limiting/lockouts, secure coding patterns.
