wp core download --locale=da_DK fails to retrieve the Danish WordPress package #6437

Description
Description:
For approximately one month, downloading WordPress using WP-CLI with the Danish locale (da_DK) has reportedly failed to retrieve the Danish version, resulting in an English (US) installation or a locale-not-found error.
Expected behavior:
wp core download --locale=da_DK should download the Danish WordPress package for the requested version.
Actual behavior:
The Danish locale is not found or the installation falls back to the US English version.
Reproduction:
wp core download --locale=da_DK
Please investigate whether this is related to the WordPress.org download API, Danish package availability, or a regression in WP-CLI.

This usually means the package hasn't been built yet, see https://da.wordpress.org/download/releases/ where the latest versions are missing. Compare this with e.g. https://de.wordpress.org/download/releases/ which has them.
Not a WP-CLI issue.
