This change WordPress/gutenberg#19818 fixed a crash found from pressing the ordered list button on List Block that was caused by a change in Gutenberg.

We'd like to add this use case to our Appium tests so it will be caught in the future.

Steps to add to tests for catching this issue in the future

1. Add a List Block.
2. Press any of the controls (i.e: Change the list type to ordered).
3. See crash below
