The installer seems to be incompatible with the new composer version 2.0.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with the composer plugin api to make a guess at the required changes.

wireframe-framework/processwire-composer-installer 1.0.4 requires composer-plugin-api ^1.0 -> found composer-plugin-api[2.0.0] but it does not match the constraint.
