Hello!

I installed WinPython-64bit-3.4.2.1 and tried "sphinx-build" in cmd (not in WinPython command prompt). I got:

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"D:\Winpython\basedir34\build\winpython-3.4
.2.amd64\python-3.4.2.amd64\python.exe" "C:\WinPython-64bit-3.4.2.1\python-3.4.2.amd64\Scripts\sphin
x-build.exe" '

I found the discussion of the same problem on mailing list, but didn't get anything out of it.

I know for sure that it worked in previous versions of WinPython. Could you fix it? Meanwhile I have to go back to April release.
