[Feature]: I’d like the overview-type page to display the first image loaded from each MDX file. #2677

What problem does this feature solve?
That way, the contents could look more like a blog feed, which would be great.
What does the proposed API look like?
It seems the overview-type page should also handle images when parsing the documents in the path.
