Hi Rahim... reading through the issue I'm not totally sure what the goal is here. I guess from cookiecrook's comments we want the title to be exposed somehow, but not not immediately and by default, in some kind of AXHelp-style way?

Thanks @spectranaut.

Open questions:

  • Should spec discourage authors from using title attribute with <abbr>? If yes, where should this be documented?
  • Per @mcking65, how should guidance be written in AAMs when specifying an AT behavior (e.g., "on demand" announcements)? Is this out of scope for html-aam?
