patch 9.2.XXXX: Vim9: crash with deeply nested parentheses - #21636

Problem:  Vim9: setfault when compiling an expression with deeply nested
          parentheses (Evaopo).
Solution: Limit the recursion in compile_parenthesis() like in eval9()
