The gVim icon for the "edit with Vim" Windows context-menu entry has an opaque background. #21033

Steps to reproduce

1. Set your Windows theme to dark
2. Right click on a file in Windows file explorer to open the context menu
3. See the icon to the left of "edit with Vim"

Expected behaviour

When a file is associated with Vim, the icon for "open" has a transparent background. The icon for "edit with Vim" should also have a transparent background.

For what it's worth, every size in vim.ico has a clear background.
