New version of sharp 0.29 avif support for chrome 93

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Sharp 0.29  should deal with issue related the library libavif and to be resolved by https://github.com/AOMediaCodec/libavif/pull/745. AVIF is not currently working properly in chrome 93 and sharp has been patched for this. Else consider using a setting to disable AVIF support when detecting from header.
