  1. Updates System.CommandLine library to GA 2.0.0 release 

    Refactors command-line classes by renaming `CliCommand` to `Command`, `CliOption` to `Option`, `CliDirective` to `Directive`, and `CliAction` types to `CommandLineAction` variants. Updates the `System.CommandLine`

NuGet package to version 2.0.0. Adjusts custom help rendering logic in `LongHelpCommand` to align with the new API.

Removes the `net6.0` target framework from the project.
