Allow heroes to have multiple images set with the option of using responsive images.

1. Hero can have multiple images set
2. Hero allows for a sm/lg/2x image

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using responsive inline images and CSS object-fit property.

Additional context

To override users currently have to set the theme setting and override manually with CSS.
