Updates the usethis-python-code-modify agent skill documentation to explicitly prompt contributors to consider documentation updates when making code changes, aligning the skill’s procedure with maintaining CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md, and docs/.
Changes:
- Bumped the skill metadata version to
1.1. - Inserted a new procedure step to check whether documentation needs updating.
- Added a new section describing which documentation areas deserve extra attention (especially
CONTRIBUTING.mdguides/conventions andREADME.md).
