Motivation
This isn't about supporting them per-se (e.g. we don't need to integrate with their dependency management, we'll just give up on that for now), but at least we shouldn't be adding irrelevant sections to the pyproject.toml file, we shouldn't be adding a uv lockfile, etc.

Don't introduce uv-centric approaches on poetry projects.
