Pristine import of the original testu01 1 of 3.
This is import 1 of 3 of the original testu01 from http://simul.iro.umontreal.ca/testu01/tu01.html, including top level config and doc, examples. includes, mylib folders. Remaining files to be imported in the other 2 pull requests.
