Information for researchers to find and access UAB-wide resources.

Curated a list of university wide research resources. I also made a spelling change in docs/grants/publication.md .

Great stuff! The first paragraph of copy may be a little inaccurate. It's less a network and more that there are two major groups for most of the links. One is the Office of Research (/research), which has subgroups. The other is the IRCP (/cores). I would reach out to IT Comms and ask for assistance with this first paragraph because I'm not sure what to write.

I haven't looked too closely at each paragraph. My recommendation is to borrow language from each page (if any is relevant). We don't need to worry about copyright issues or anything, it's all UAB-owned content. And, we want to make sure to represent each group accurately. If you want help condensing what's on those pages into 1-2 sentences, IT Comms would be the right place to ask.

Let's organize these relative to the group that manages them, see my comment on the file.

Looks good! We'll want to revisit all of these resources some day and make them easier to find from a researcher perspective. For now they will serve well as copy-paste for service requests.
