They both seems to have extends: ['./configs/eslintrc/base', './configs/eslintrc/eslint-recommended'],, so it looks like this in the ESLint Config Inspector:

That said, when I use tseslint.configs.strictTypeChecked and tseslint.configs.stylisticTypeChecked, './configs/eslintrc/base' and './configs/eslintrc/eslint-recommended' are loaded twice, and I cannot endure this redundancy! So how can I fix this?
