docs(profile): truth-pass counts, platforms, WasmKit→wasmi - #18

Summary

Truth-pass the org profile README (default-branch landing copy) against live sources:

• Soften opening claim that the same artifact already "runs on iOS and Android" as certified — align with platforms page (Swift/wasmi and Kotlin/Chicory in progress; not certified public releases).
• WasmKit → wasmi for Swift.
• Specs 145 → 147 (approved-specs.json).
• Registry 46/24/117 → 82 capabilities / 31 domains / 185 signed versions (147 non-deprecated) from live catalog.json.
• Commits ~720 → ~723.
• Tone down "validates every input / enforces policy" to schema validation + sandbox + trace (no invented enforcement).
• List the six published crates explicitly.

No governance rule, CI gate, or runtime change.
