SignPath seems to support GitHub Actions-based OSS builds now, and I'm planning to look into it and hopefully migrate from AppVeyor. If cross-compilation complicates things, we can remove AppVeyor bits from this PR and wait until we do release builds on GHA. This would mean arm64 release binaries will come later, but at least we'll have CI now to make sure it builds and unit tests are passing. |
