When creating a torrent it shows as only ~99+% complete when added to the client. The torrent file is made up of one top level folder containing three files and all three files are incomplete: 412.1mb @ 99.98%, 482kb @ 0%, and 16kb @ 0%. The piece size is set to the default of 262KB.

Decreasing the size of each piece to 16KB brings the large file to 99.99% but still 0% on the others; increasing to 514KB brings large file to 99.91% and 0% on the others.

Creating a separate torrent file of ONLY the large 412.1MB file succeeds at 100% completion. Creating torrents of any of the the small files fails at 0%

This same thing happens when I try creating a torrent out of different but similar folders/files.

What is going on?
