Based on @pigsyn 's post I've made a repo that let you build last beta2 of transmission ARG TransmissionTAG=4.0.0-beta.2

Actually the web UI does work (my README is inaccurate). The ENABLE_WEBUI build option seems deprecated so it did not have any effect whatsoever. |
