fork-2026-09-13 — release/fixes snapshot

CI-verified binary + docker image from the release/fixes branch.

What's in this fork (dev + all fix branches merged):

• fix/scroll-follow-tail — follow-tail lock so streamed output stays readable
• fix/thinking-indicator — animated braille spinner on the thinking indicator
• fix/model-picker — model picker shows full names, best-at-work tags, work-type sort
• fix/image-budget — per-request image budget so screenshot-heavy sessions survive
• fix/persist-always — persisted always-approvals isolated between tests
• fix/message-timestamps — bot comments stamped with UTC date+time
• Plus: stock-runner CI (no self-hosted infra needed), chore(fork) plumbing

• opencode — linux-x64 binary (0.0.0-release/fixes-20260913…, glibc)

Run:
