Upgraded Go from 1.23.0 to 1.24.0 with toolchain 1.24.8. Updated dependencies golang.org/x/sys to v0.37.0, golang.org/x/term to v0.36.0, and golang.org/x/text to v0.30.0 to incorporate latest fixes and enhancements.
Updated the default Go version from 1.23 to 1.24 in build, lint, and release GitHub Actions workflows
