This commands allows the edit/update of an existing repository in Azure DevOps.

This command should support the following parameters

• [ORGANIZATION]PROJECT/REPO the path to the repository to be deleted
• --default-branch: Default branch to be set for the repository. Example: refs/heads/live or live.
