Definitions of XTOS ALH driver interface are no longer used in SOF tree. Remove the unnecessary inclusion in ipc4 dai.c, and all instances of the platform alh.h header.

V2:

  • fix error in SOF plugin build - it was using xtos alh driver definitions in its IPC4 build -> remove these
