The latest zephyr requires CMake version >= 3.20, we have to update the docker image to meet the requirement. Signed-off-by: Chao Song <chao.song@linux.intel.com>

Thanks @aiChaoSONG , https://github.com/thesofproject/sof/runs/3398440159?check_suite_focus=true was successful so this PR can be merged without waiting because it does not change anything besides Github Actions. It won't fix the Jenkins side of things though. |
