Adds a
vhostparameter to the RabbitMQContainer constructor that allows theRABBITMQ_DEFAULT_VHOSTenvironment variable to be modified.Subsequently
vhostis then also used inside theget_connection_paramsmethod for thepikaconnection parameters, which is used to test if the container is ready.
