add hyper to the list of console that support ascii on windows.

@azjezz thanks for adding this missing mention to Hyper terminal. This was added in 2.8 branch (symfony/symfony#27831) so we're going to merge this pull request in 3.4, the oldest maintained branch. Congrats on your first Symfony Docs contribution too 🎉 This is the first #SymfonyConHackDay docs merge too :) |
