Wanted to name it PsrCacheAdapter but as the existing doctrine adapter is named DoctrineCache I followed the pattern.

Following the recently merged PSR-6 Cache from @nicolas-grekas I thought it might be a good starting point to add an adapter for the Validator meta data caching.
