The validator.mapping.loader.loader_chain service is not public , If people want add new type loader will be not possible.
Maybe we can add a validator.mapping.loader service tag, and use it for validator.mapping.loader.static_method_loader, validator.mapping.loader.xml_files_loader, validator.mapping.loader.yaml_files_loader as default.
