[OptionsResolver] Optimize splitOutsideParenthesis() - 2.90x faster

- Fast path for simple types (no pipes)
 - Fast path for unions without parentheses
 - Eliminate string concatenation overhead
 - Switch statement for character matching

  Reduces form processing time significantly for large forms.
