This fixed a FIXME error, where when coming across a guard else error, it would die. An incomplete guard statement now looks for the else, and if not there, {, and gives out warnings

When doing guard x = let {}, it would give back an error

I closed it, to compile the runner too, to make sure that wasn't affected :)
